Celebrating the 100-year anniversary of the legendary Paul Bocuse restaurant. This champagne is a tribute to the late culinary genius who held 3 Michelin stars for over 50 years. Known as "the Pope of gastronomy," Bocuse inspired chefs worldwide. 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 30% Meunier. Thanks to a pioneering ‘jetting’ method, this champagne contains very low levels of sulfites, ensuring a pure and fresh taste. Expect a powerful nose with orchard fruits, juicy peach, pear, and yellow fruit. A pale, silky golden colour.
