Brut Nature Premier Cru Made from a pinot-heavy blend in our nine favourite villages (mostly Ludes, Chigny-les-Roses and Rilly-la-Montagne), the Cuvé Brut Nature Premier Cru is the essence of purity. It is a true reflection of the immense quality of Cattier’s grapes and our skill in the winery. A true product of its exceptional terroir, it is characterised by its generosity and intense fruit-forward personality. 50% Meunier, 22% Pinot Noir, 28% Chardonnay. Fresh and enticing on the nose, toasty biscuit notes are the first to appear. This champagne offers a pale gold colour, broken only by a ribbon of fine bubbles. On the palate, it opens brightly with fresh notes of lime and pear.
