This wine offers complex tasting notes of dark fruit such as blackberry, blackcurrant, and plum, complemented by layers of cedar, tobacco, and a subtle hint of vanilla from oak aging. Full-bodied with firm tannins and a long, elegant finish, it reflects the structure and depth characteristic of the estate. Aged in French oak barrels for around 12 to 18 months, Clos Manou pairs beautifully with roasted meats, duck confit, and mature cheeses.
