Clos Manou 2019
Dense, strong, complex with smooth tannins; a true Médoc, unusually round thanks to the Cabernet Sauvignon. Blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. The grapes are left to macerate for 20 days, during which time the lees are stirred daily to develop the texture, softness and body of the wine. Notes of ripe fruit, and a rare touch of black fruits. Dark, intense, purple colour. The wine stretches out on the finish over a good length.
