Rosamara 2023
The crown jewel of Rosé; perfect for any occasion. 50% Groppello Gentile, 30% Marzemino, 10% Sangiovese, 10% Barbera. Half of the must ferments and develops in little oak casks of a capacity of 228 litres for around 6 months. Notes of vineyard peaches, small red fruits and black pepper. Very light blooming pink. Silky texture with a harmonious and balanced palate.
Grapes are always picked by hand in the early morning hours, when the air and grape temperature is cooler to preserve the crunchiness of the skins. The technology used is “teardrop” vinification, i.e., the use of pure free-run juice by means of static dripping before fermentation, thereby obtaining a must that can be considered the “very heart of the grape.”
