Etna Rosso Feudo di Mezzo Il Quadro 2022
A great wine that goes great with roasted veggies, tomato dishes, pork, duck or fish. Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature (25-28°C). Spontaneous malolactic fermentation and aging in large French oak barrels (10-30 hl). Bottling after 16 months of wood ageing and 1 month in steel. On the nose, elegant, complex, with red fruits and cherry notes. Pale ruby colour. Harmonic, with a good acidity and persistence, soft and silky tannins.
