Description
In 1929, a group of eight local businessmen came together to by molasses in bulk and control the distillation process for their rums. They would establish their own distillery four years later. Aged using once used bourbon barrels. Mildly spicy with banana nut bread aromas. Rich amber colour. Medium-to-fullbodied palate with robust toffee, roasted nuts, sugared butter and brown spice flavours. Very smooth with unbelievable mixability.
