Mocali Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 While Super-Tuscans have become extremely popular, it is still unusual to see a 100% Cab Sauv in Tuscany, much less one this accomplished.  Aged for six months in French Barriques. Notes of currant, fresh tobacco, flowers and wood. Intense, ruby-red colour. A long finish with serious tannins.
