Octopoda Cabernet Franc 2022
Fruit sourced from vineyards near the mayacamas mountains, a few thousand feet in elevation above the fog line in alexander valley. 90% Cabernet Franc, 10% Petit Verdot. Rich currants, red chili pepper, dark chocolate and black olives. Fruity and generous on the palate with soft tannins and a juicy, ripe finish with sweet spices. A little sweet at the end, but quite approachable to drink now.
