This family run estate is located in the village of Tarsac, where this small, close-knit group work tirelessly to bring to market a small but quality range of 'must-taste' cognac delights. They are all about tradition and working in harmony with nature. This house has always embraced methods of cognac production without the use of filtration or additives. Elegant and gently aromatic, with salted caramel, roasted pear and stone fruit. Double distilled in a 20 hectolitre copper Charentais still. Aged 15 years in French oak barrels from the Limousin forest. Down-proofed with 1% micro-filtered seawater along with local Fontaine Jolival artesian spring water. No added sugar, caramel coloring, or boisé. Unfined, unfiltered, and unstabilized.
