One of two somewhat unusual but excellent 100% Cabernet Francs we are sending you, this is a true “sans soufre” natural wine, with no added sulfur, made in the simplest way possible. Grapes undergo 5 days cold maceration before six months in stainless steel. Notes of green pepper, black fruit and a touch of Jalapeno. Dark red robe. Has great acidity and freshness.
