Description
This is a slightly riper and less complex wine than the Premium, but still an excellent example of Australian Shiraz made with fantastic attention to detail. Perhaps a little more classic in its profile, this has a richness that makes it perfect for late night BBQs or after dinner drinks. 100% Shiraz. Macerated for between two and three weeks and aged in a mix of French oak and stainless steel tank. Notes of ripe blackberries, cooked plums and pepper. Very soft tannins and a touch of spice on the finish.
