After the double thinning of the fruits in August and mid-September 2010, during a memorable harvest for Langhe wine making Pelissero did select the best grapes and pressed them within a few hours from being picked. 100% Nebbiolo. Aged in oak. Notes of blueberry, camomile, blackberry, vanilla, sage, mint, blackcurrant, red cherry, chocolate, violet, sweet tobacco, raspberry, and truffle. Intense ruby-red colour with orange-red tannic reflections. Dense and powerful.
